EXHIBITION INFORMATION
A black or stormy night signifies fear of the dark and the unknown in Marianne Gerlinger’s work. Her fluent drawings depict ordinary objects colored by foreboding. They are objects with secrets, which reflect the inner states and moods of an artist who is struck by the fragility and instability of things, and projects her feelings onto her surroundings.
