When massively complex computer and network systems are employed by an individual in the marketing of handi-work, such as quilts or whirly-gigs, or even in the marketing of small businesses, an interesting value system is created. It places value on the skills used to develop and maintain a presence on the internet, as tertiary. Combining skill sets, or applying the same value to each, would seem to allow a very elastic hybrid, and dynamic results may arise.
